We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

My son purchased a Secretlab chair first. He let me sit in it and I liked it. On the days I worked at home, I would use his Secretlab chair. Finally, I bought a Secretlab for myself. Very supportive especially working at home.

I love my Titan! From the unpacking, assembly to finally using the chair - everything is high quality an well thought out. I really like the many ways the chair can be adjusted. At first, the firm seat may be a bit surprising, but just like with a bike - sitting longer is better on a firm surface and so it proves. The underrated star of the whole package is the magnetic head pillow! It provides great support - esp. in a more reclined position. Two things that were a bit surprising: 1. I expected the backrest to be able to tilt by itself. However, one sets the Ange of the backrest and can allow the whole chair to recline. This was a bit unusual for me as I was used to my standard office chairs, but I appreciate it now. 2. Setting up the lumbar support needed some fiddling around. I initially did have some backpain sitting on the chair, but remedied that by lowering the profile and also getting a footrest. Now, it all works perfectly! I also got the memory foam arm rests and they are an exquisite add on.
