*Terms & Conditions - Minimum Spend Discount

These are the terms and conditions that apply to the Secretlab 11.11 Sale - Minimum Spend Discount (the “Promotion”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Promotion will run from October 29 2025, 2PM MYT to November 12 2025, 2PM MYT, or until such time as may be shortened or extended by Secretlab at its sole discretion (the “Campaign Period”).
To be eligible for the Promotion, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

You must place an order with a total value of RM3,199 or more to get RM200 off with an eligible chair; RM5,799 or more to get RM300 off with an eligible desk; or RM7,999 or more on any eligible products sitewide to get RM700 off during the Campaign Period. Discount code will be automatically applied once the above criteria are met.
The Minimum Spend discounts are not stackable with one another

The Minimum Spend Promotion is applicable to all Secretlab products.
Products depicted in marketing materials are not exhaustive or representative of all products to which the Promotion applies.
If you wish to return part of the products in your purchase, or to cancel your purchase of part of the products due to a change of mind, the minimum spend discount that was applied to your order will no longer be applicable and will be forfeited if the total order value, after accounting for returned product(s), no longer exceeds the minimum spend values stated above (including sales tax). This means that the amount refunded to you for the product(s) you are returning or cancelling will be the discounted price of the product(s) you are returning or cancelling (as reflected in your sales invoice), minus the entire value of the minimum spend discount that was applied to your order, subject to the following:

All products and any accompanying gifts and replacement parts must be disassembled and returned to us in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and in good condition (e.g. no stains or obvious signs of wear and tear).
Damage fees (up to the price of the product) may be deducted from your refund to reflect the diminished value of the product resulting from your handling of the product beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
Refunds will be initiated within 14 days of our receipt of your returned product, and will be processed via the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.
If the final price of the product(s) (as reflected in your sales invoice) you are returning or cancelling is less than the value of the minimum spend discount that was applied to your order, you will not receive any refund and we reserve the right to clawback the remaining value of the minimum spend discount that was applied to your order.
There will be no refund of any shipping costs you paid for your order.
There will be no refund of the assembly charges paid for returns, or cancellations made after 4 pm one (1) business day prior to the date of your scheduled delivery.

If you wish to return all the products purchased, or to cancel the entire purchase of the products you ordered, the amount refunded to you will be the price that you paid for the order, subject to the following:

Minimum spend discounts cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional codes, except in the following situation: If your order qualifies for both minimum spend discounts and Free Assembly Services, please check out your order with Free Assembly and contact us. Upon verifying that your order is eligible for the minimum spend discount, we will issue a refund to you in the amount of the value of the applicable discount, via the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction.
If your order contains 2 or more items with different shipping dates, all items will only be shipped together at the later date. If you would like to receive your items as they become available, you can split them into separate cart purchases but minimum spend discounts will no longer be applicable.
Secretlab reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse returns and extension of minimum spend discounts due to suspected fraud and abuse.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
The provisions in these terms and conditions that allow for product returns do not apply to products that are non-returnable, as set out in our standard Return Policy.
Secretlab reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions in its sole discretion.
Secretlab’s decision shall be final in the event of any dispute arising from this Promotion.
