We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, orders typically take 1 working day to be processed and will thereafter be delivered within 1-2 working days for West Malaysia and 1-3 working days for East Malaysia.

I love the chair and all the adjustments that it has, it really is a quite comfortable chair but the colours of the chair are not exactly the same as shown on the website. My chair is the Cyberpunk edition and the skull on the back is all grey on the website but in reality it has some black parts which, for me, doesn't look quite as great. The included pillow is really good though.

Other than the unboxing / packaging (which was really well designed), the chair really isn't anything special. The lumbar likes to make a loud popping sound randomly, and the recline lever is incredibly flimsy feeling. It honestly feels like most other "gaming chairs" that I've used before. The XL is a great size and the fabric material seems solid, so I expect the material itself to last. However, I do not expect the mechanisms to last. The cushion is also quite firm.
